Fluorspar, scientifically known as fluorite, is a mineral composed of calcium fluoride (CaF2). It is found in various areas of Pakistan where mineable deposits of the mineral have been found. The district Loralai in Balochistan Province is known for having good quality of fluorite reserves.
Our joint venture company, namely Platinum Mining Company (Pvt) Limited (PMCL) has initiated mechanised mining in the area in collaboration with the locals of the area. The deposits found there have a wide range of vibrant colors and fluorescent properties under ultraviolet light.
We can offer high quality lumpy fluorspar ranging from 70% to 90% duly verified by the world-renowned quality inspecting companies. Availability of the required quality depends upon production during a particular mining season.
Fluorspar mined by PMCL has been found of the following grades:
Containing between 60% and 85% CaF2, this grade is used as a flux to lower the melting point of raw materials in steel production and to remove impurities.
With 85% to 95% CaF2, used in the manufacture of ceramics, glass, and enamelware.
Huge reserves of Chromite are found in various areas of Pakistan.
The Company has developed reliable supply chain for Chromite Ore from different areas of the country as well as from Afghanistan. As a first step towards value addition, a Chromite beneficiation plant is also being established in Hub Industrial Trading Estate, Balochistan, which will also be operational soon.
We can manage supply of Chromite Ore of purity from 20% to 45% depending upon the requirement of our clients.
